14. The Cheshire Fire Services Combination Scheme(1) is varied in accordance with Schedule 12.

The Scheme is set out in the Schedule to the Cheshire Fire Services (Combination Scheme) Order 1997 (S.I. 1997/2697); to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
