37.—(1) Section 39 (concurrence by Commissioners in leases, sales, etc, of mortgaged property) is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading for “Commissioners” substitute “the Treasury”.

(3) For “Loan Commissioners” substitute “Treasury”.
