The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(1) and (3)(b), 18 and 79(3) of the Health Act 2006(1) makes the following Regulations.

The Scottish Ministers have been consulted in accordance with section 24(6) of that Act.

2006 c.28. Section 18 was amended by S.I. 2013/602, article 26, and Schedule 2, paragraph 51(1), (2)(a), (b) and (c)(ii). Section 79 was amended by the Children and Families Act 2014 (c.6), section 95(1), (5)(a), (b) and (c) and S.I. 2018/644, article 42(1) and (3).
