Coming into force
The Treasury are designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to restrictive measures against persons or bodies listed by an international organisation.
The Treasury, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, make the following Regulations.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Eritrea (Asset-Freezing) (Revocation) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 27th March 2020.
Revocation2
The Eritrea (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 20123 are revoked.
