Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 8, 10 and 51(1) of the Employment Act 20021 and sections 8(1)(f) and (ga) and 25(3) and (6) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 19992 with the concurrence of the Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs3.
