The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4A(3) and (4) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 M1.

In accordance with section 4A(8) of that Act the Treasury have consulted, where they think it appropriate, the Scottish Ministers, the Department for Finance and Personnel for Northern Ireland and the Welsh Ministers.

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) Order 2020.

(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2020.
