In the Scotland Act 1998 (Agency Arrangements) (Specification) Order 1999 M1—

a

for article 1(3) (interpretation) substitute—

In this Order “the 1998 Act” means the Scotland Act 1998.

b

omit article 2(3) (specification of functions);

c

in Schedule 2 (functions exercisable by the Scottish Ministers), omit paragraphs 10 and 11;

d

omit Schedule 3 (functions of the Scottish Ministers).
