These Regulations may be cited as the Child Trust Funds (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force, except as provided in paragraph (2), on 6th April 2020.

Regulations 3(b) and 5 come into force immediately after the coming into force of regulations 10 to 13 of the Tax Credits and Child Trust Funds (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 20192.
