Amendments to the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2018

3.  In regulation 2—

(a) for the definition of “Innovator” substitute—

““Innovator”—

(a)

in respect of the United Kingdom has the meaning given by paragraph 6 of the immigration rules(1);

(b)

in respect of the Isle of Man has the meaning given by paragraph 6 of the Isle of Man immigration rules(2);”;

(b) for the definition of “Start-up Migrant” substitute—

““Start-up Migrant”—

(a)

in respect of the United Kingdom has the meaning given by paragraph 6 of the immigration rules;

(b)

in respect of the Isle of Man has the meaning given by paragraph 6 of the Isle of Man immigration rules;”.
