Certification of plans etc.I135

The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the date on which this Order is made, submit to the Secretary of State copies of the documents listed in Schedule 9 (documents to be certified) for certification that they are true copies of the plans or documents referred to in this Order.

A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the plan or document of which it is a copy.
