There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Regulations 2020, Section 30.
30.—(1) The Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 80 (earnings of employed earners) in paragraph (2)(b) after “75E or 75G of that Act” insert “, parental bereavement leave under section 80EA of that Act”.
