The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020

Citation, commencement and interpretation E+W+S

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.

(2) This regulation and regulation 2 come into force on 31st March 2020.

(3) Regulation 3 comes into force on [F1 1st February 2021].

(4) In these Regulations, “the 1981 Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 M1 .
