The Special Constables Regulations 196559 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 3(1) (retirement), omit “: Provided that a special constable may not, without the consent of the chief constable, give notice for the purposes of this Regulation, or retire in pursuance of a notice previously given, while suspended under these Regulations”.
Amendment of the Police Barred List and Police Advisory List Regulations 201773.

The Police Barred List and Police Advisory List Regulations 201760 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulations 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Standards of Professional Behaviour”, and 10(1)(a) (publication of information in barred list), for “2012” substitute “2020”.
