7.—(1) Nothing in this Order relieves the undertaker of any obligation to obtain any permit or licence under the Port of London Act 1968 M1 in respect of works or operations carried out within the Thames under the powers of this Order.
(2) In this article “the Thames” means that part of the river Thames within the Order limits and within the limits of the Port of London Authority, as described in Schedule 1 (description of port limits) to the Port of London Act 1968.
