EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order authorises Cory Environmental Holdings Limited pursuant to the provisions of this Order (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain a generating station with a capacity of over 50 megawatts but below 300 megawatts.
A copy of the Order plans and the book of reference mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 40 of this Order (certification of plans etc.) may be inspected free of charge on the website of the Planning Inspectorate or during working hours at London Borough of Bexley, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.
