No building will be erected within the area defined by the red dotted line annotated as ‘16m FRAP Line’ on the FRAPA drawings and no material will be stored, within the area defined by the red dotted line annotated as ‘16m FRAP Line’ on the FRAPA drawings, which could create a risk of  damage to the integrity of the flood defence structure within this area.
