These Regulations may be cited as the Food for Specific Groups (Food for Special Medical Purposes for Infants, Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula) (Information and Compositional Requirements) (Amendment etc.) (England) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 22nd February 2020, except where paragraph (2) applies.

Regulations 2 to 4 come into force on 22nd February F12022 in respect of infant formula and follow-on formula manufactured from protein hydrolysates.

In these Regulations, “the 1990 Act” means the Food Safety Act 1990.

These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
