Review and expiry of regulations 6 to 11 E+W

3.—(1) The Secretary of State must review the effectiveness of regulations 6 to 11 during the period for which they have effect.

(2) Subject to regulation 4, regulations 6 to 11 cease to have effect [F1 at the end of] [F2 30th September 2022].
