Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Order 2020.
(2) This Order comes into force on 4th May 2020.
(3) For the purposes of this Order—
“the Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
“Regulated Activities Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(1).
