PART 4 U.K. Consequential and transitional provision

7.—(1) The Civil Aviation (Access to Air Travel for Disabled Persons and Persons with Reduced Mobility) Regulations 2014 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3(1), omit the following definitions—

(a) “electronic address”;

(b) “electronic communication”;

(c) “electronic communications network”;

(d) “enforcement order”;

(e) “enforcement subject”;

(f) “interim enforcement order”.

(3) Omit regulations 5 to 23.
