3.—(1) The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution from Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 5 (application), in paragraphs (3) and (4), in both place it occurs, after “United Kingdom waters” add “or controlled waters”.
