Except for paragraphs (apparatus of National Grid in streets subject to temporary stopping up), (retained apparatus: protection of National Grid as electricity undertaker) (expenses) and (indemnity) this Schedule does not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and National Grid are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
