A person who is an “inspector” within the meaning given in regulation 8(1) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 M1F1, or who has been appointed as an inspector under regulation 33 of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013, and who has travelled to the United Kingdom to undertake activities in relation to their role as such a person.
