3.—(1) Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 32(1), for "Article 7," substitute "Article 7 and".
(3) In Article 43(9), omit "of financial discipline and";
(4) In Article 51(2), at the end insert ", or by both means".]
