Amendment of the Criminal Justice Act 1991

2. After section 24(3A) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (recovery of fines etc.)(1), insert—
“(3B) This section applies in relation to a restitution order imposed under section 253A of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995(2) as if any reference in subsection (1) or (3) above to a fine included a reference to a restitution order.”.
