EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Water Industry (Specified Infrastructure Projects) (English Undertakers) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/1582) (“the 2013 Regulations”).
Following a Post Implementation Review, the Secretary of State has decided that the 2013 Regulations should continue in force. Accordingly, these Regulations omit the sunsetting provision at regulation 1(2) to (4) of the 2013 Regulations. The Post Implementation Review is published at www.legislation.gov.uk.
