at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(c) omit “and”;

at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(d) insert “, and”;

after sub-paragraph (1)(d) insert—

the provision of adequate natural light in all habitable rooms of the dwellinghouses,

in sub-paragraph (2) after “sub-paragraphs (1)(a) to (c)” insert “and (e),”.
