1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 26th June 2020.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 1986 Act” means the Insolvency Act 1986 M1;
“the 1989 Order” means the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 M2;
“the 2001 Regulations” means the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001 M3;
“the 2004 Regulations” means the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 M4;
“the 2006 Act” means the Companies Act 2006 M5;
“the 2009 Regulations” means the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009 M6;
“the 2020 Act” means the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 M7.
