Amendment of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 E+W+S

3.—(1) The Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 29 (meaning of income) M2 , before paragraph (i) of sub-paragraph (j) of paragraph (1) insert—

“(zi) universal credit;”.
