The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 87(3)(c), 88(2)(c), 89(1) and (4) and section 264(1) of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to, the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009(1).

2009 c. 22 (“the 2009 Act”). Paragraph 3 was amended by paragraph 30 of Schedule 14 to the Deregulation Act 2015 (c. 20). Section 264(1) is cited for the meaning of “regulations”.
