Citation, commencement and extent
1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Pressure Vessels (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020;
(b)come into force on IP completion day; and
(c)extend to Northern Ireland only.

2. Schedule 1 makes amendments to the Simple Pressure Vessels (Safety) Regulations 2016(1).
Amendment to the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
3. Schedule 2 makes amendments to the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016(2).
