Article 9 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123 U.K.

25.—(1) Article 9 (Network Operations Plan) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraphs 1 to 6.

(3) In paragraph 7 for “and implement the operational actions referred to in point (b) of paragraph 4” substitute “ established by the Network Manager under Article 9 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time M1 ”.

(4) Omit paragraph 8.
