The following provisions are to be regarded as not being financial sanctions legislation for the purposes of Part 8 of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 M1—
a
regulation 25(1) (financial services relating to illegally removed Iraqi cultural property);
b
regulation 26(1) (brokering services: non-UK activity relating to illegally removed Iraqi cultural property).
