The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 55(2)(f), and 333(2A) and (7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 M1 , (“the 1990 Act”) makes the following Regulations.

Marginal Citations

M1 1990 c.8. Section 333(2A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 was inserted by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c.5), section 118(1), and paragraphs 1 and 14 of Schedule 6 to that Act. There are other amendments to the 1990 Act not relevant to this Order.
