These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Breeders’ Rights (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

They come into force as follows—
a
as regards this regulation and regulation 3, 21 days after the day on which these Regulations are laid;
b
as regards regulation 2, immediately before IP completion day.
