SCHEDULE 2 Modifications to be made in the extension of the Global Human Rights Sanctions Regulations 2020 to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1

15.  In regulation 22 (notices)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “regulation 20(5) (Treasury licences: written notice)” substitute “regulation 20(6) (financial sanctions licences: written notice)”;

(b) in paragraph (5)(b), for “United Kingdom”, in both places it occurs, substitute “Territory”;

(c) in paragraph (6), in the definition of “registered company”, for “United Kingdom” substitute “Territory”.
