35.—(1) The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(a), for sub-paragraph (ii), substitute—
“(ii)in the definition of “travel service”, in paragraph (c)(iii), for “point (c) of Article 4(3) of Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on driving licences”, substitute “ Part 1 of Schedule 2 (categories and sub-categories of vehicle for licensing purposes) to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999 M2 ”;”.
