86. During the course of the exercise of the specified rights, the undertaker must regard fossils, coins or other articles of value which are discovered as being the property of P66 and will acknowledge that P66 will not be deemed to have surrendered (whether to the undertaker or its contractors) any right to any reward under the Treasure Act 1996. The undertaker will make all reasonable efforts to comply with the reasonable requirements of P66 with respect to such objects (and will oblige its contractors to do so) provided that P66 will pay any costs reasonably incurred by the undertaker in so doing.E+W
