PART 2 Amendment of the Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

2.—(1) The Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.

(2) in regulation 3(5)(c)(ii), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”;

(3) in regulation 4(6)(c)(ii), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
