Amendment of regulation 7 of the Blackburn and Bradford Regulations8
In regulation 7 of the Blackburn and Bradford Regulations, in paragraph (8), in the words before sub-paragraph (a), after “these Regulations” insert “or any of the enactments referred to in paragraph (9)(b) to (h)”.
