(b) in paragraph 3—

(i) for “Member States” substitute “The relevant authority”;

(ii) omit “or 40”.

(4) In Article 24(1)—

(a) in the second subparagraph, omit “by the Commission”;

(b) in the third subparagraph, omit “by the Commission” in both places it occurs.

(5) In Article 25(2)—
