The Channel Tunnel (Arrangements with the Kingdom of the Netherlands) Order 2020

[F1 Citation, commencement and revocation] U.K.

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Channel Tunnel (Arrangements with the Kingdom of the Netherlands) Order 2020.

(2) This Order comes into force—

(a) for the purposes of article 8, on IP completion day;

(b) for all other purposes, on 30th September 2020.

(3) Article 6 comes into force immediately after the entry into force of article 5 of the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2020 M1 .

[F2 (4) Article 5A and Schedule 2 to this Order cease to have effect on the date on which the Quadripartite Agreement enters into force.]
