In Schedule 1 to the Referral of Proposed Marriages and Civil Partnerships Regulations 2015 (evidence of particular immigration status), in the Table in paragraph 2(1), for “the Foreign and Commonwealth Office” in each place those words occur substitute “the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office”.
