4. In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(1) (departments etc subject to investigation)—
(a)omit “Department for International Development.”, and
(b)for “Foreign and Commonwealth Office.” substitute “Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.”.
Schedule 2 was substituted by S.I. 2011/2986. Other amendments have been made to Schedule 2 which are not relevant to this Order.
