2. Part A1 of the 1986 Act(1) applies in relation to a protected energy company, a smart meter communication licensee or an energy supply company with the modifications set out in regulations 3 to 10.
Part A1 was inserted by section 1 of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (c. 12).
