Standard conditions of electricity transmission licencesU.K.

3.—(1) The standard conditions of an electricity transmission licence are amended as follows.

(2) In condition A1 (definitions and interpretation)—

(a)for the definition of “Agency” substitute—

Agency” means the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators established by Regulation (EU) 2019/942 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 establishing a European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (recast);;

(b)for the definition of “the Electricity Regulation” substitute—

the Electricity Regulation” means Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity (recast);.

(3) In condition B20 (regional cooperation), in paragraph 1, for “Article 12” substitute “ Article 34 ”.

(4) In condition E24 (regional cooperation), in paragraph 1, for “Article 12” substitute “ Article 34 ”.

4.—(1) The standard conditions of an electricity distribution licence are amended as follows.

(2) In condition 1 (definitions for the standard conditions)—

(a)for the definition of “Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators” substitute—

Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators” means the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators established by Regulation (EU) 2019/942 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 establishing a European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (recast);;

(b)for the definition of “Regulation” substitute—
