16.—(1) The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 8 (capital to be disregarded) (as amended by article 3(2) of this Order), after paragraph 70 insert—
“71. Any winter heating assistance given in accordance with regulations made under section 30 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018.”.
