7.—(1) The Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 9 (capital to be disregarded), after paragraph 64 insert—
“65. Any assistance given in accordance with the Carer’s Assistance (Young Carer Grants) (Scotland) Regulations 2019.”.
