Amendment of Part 2 of the Insolvency Rules13

Rule 2.2 (proposal for a CVA: general principles and amendment) is amended as follows.

For paragraph (2) substitute—

The proposal may be amended with the nominee’s agreement in writing where—
a
the nominee is not the liquidator or administrator of the company; and
b
the nominee’s report has not been lodged with the court under section 2(2).
