The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9HB, 86(A1), (3), (4) and (7), 87(1) and (3) and 105(2) of the Local Government Act 2000(1), makes the following Order:

2000 c.22. Section 9HB was inserted by the Localism Act 2011 (c. 20), Schedule 2. Section 86(A1) was inserted by the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (c.28), section 54(3).
